Brief Description:
Q3 is a special ultrasonic flowmeter for ultra-fine tubes, which is specially designed to meet the measurement requirements of small diameters such as hoses and hard tubes. It is mainly used in semiconductor, medical, chemical production process, fine chemical production, cleaning industry and beverage industry.
As a clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter, Q3 does not need to break the pipe, and does not need to change the pipeline cross-measurement structure. It only needs to be stuck outside the pipe, which reduces the instability in the measurement process and ensures the measurement accuracy.
The sensor does not directly contact the liquid in the pipeline, so it will not pollute the liquid in the pipeline. It is suitable for occasions with high requirements for hygiene and cleanliness, such as biopharmaceutical process, liquid flow monitoring in the production of medical equipment and semiconductor equipment.
Q3 is made of ABS material by CNC machining, with good dimensional consistency, high strength and good toughness. With the advanced time measurement technology in the world, the resolution can reach 20ps.
